BRIEF:
Create a new parent brand based on urban (rooftop, vertical, hydroponic) farms, and a sub-brand based on a city in the U.S. and develop a line of product packaging.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Omaha residents living in the Old Market. Working millennials that enjoy nightlife downtown. They enjoy going out to eat and socializing with friends. They are upper-middle class and indulge in expensive experiences. They prefer foods that are organic and don’t use harmful chemicals.
Urban Stalk is a brand of hydroponic greenhouse farms for urban environments. We grow various corn crops without any contamination of Genetically Modified Plants. All of our products are Non-GMO and Certified Organic. Urban Stalk brings year-round corn products to cities around the country. Roofpop is their sub-brand based out of Omaha, Nebraska. We offer a variety of food and beverage products created from our specialty NonGmo corn. Roofpop also provides a luxury, rooftop movie experience in the heart of Omaha’s Old Market. Customers can enjoy locally sourced Urban Stalk products with a safe, socially distanced way of gathering with friends.
